After being medically advised that a new diet was necessary I started to make hummus for my lunches rather than buying the bland supermarket hummus now that pastry products were off limits!
Luckily it turns out that as well as changing diet and ditching the pastry for more healthy foods, I also liked hummus!
Friends tried it and liked what I’d made, and in different flavours…
Maybe you could sell this?
It’s better than the big shop stuff!
And so here we are…
Edit: Since the Coronavirus reared it’s head, we have been forced to diversify. Adding extra lines such as scotch eggs and quiche and sauces has allowed us to reach new markets.
Looking forward to seeing all of our new and old customers into the new future…. whatever that looks like!
