You are welcome to order anytime during the month but if we can please have your orders in by WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO DELIVERY DAY (up until 22.00) for Delivery on the Saturday required. Orders after that will be made and delivered the following month. Our minimum order is £15 currently but delivery is free.
We are also offering collection from Blennerhasset which is free and with no minimum order which can booked at the point of ordering.
*** FARMERS MARKET COLLECTIONS ***
You can place orders at any time during the month for market collections. Please order online and leave a note at which farmers market you would like to collect from. We will post locations and dates on Facebook and this website of markets that we are confirmed attending.
We will take orders (as above) until 22.00 on a Wednesday prior to markets – this helps us to ensure we can plan and manufacture your order and avoids disappointment.
Orders will be available locally in the following postcodes only : If you would like to order outside of these areas please call or email so we can organise a delivery.

Due to the current corona virus situation we are only delivering to the doorstep for goods prepaid through the website.
Paypal is the bane of my life as a payment option so I can only apologise until I’m able to implement another solution.
At the end of checkout you can select two options from paypal :
Either to pay with your own paypal account if you have one **OR** with your credit/debit card if you don’t – THIS IS MOST PEOPLES PREFERENCE.
The website will forward you to paypal where you can either log in to your paypal account and follow the on screen instructions to make payment OR if you want to pay via credit/debit card scroll down to the pale grey coloured ‘Pay by debit or credit card’ button and follow the instructions.
Deliveries are currently free of charge to all areas when you spend over £15.
Any orders received prior to delivery days will be held on the system and delivered on the next delivery day as above.
If you require a delivery outside of these times or in postcode areas that we don’t currently cover please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
All orders are taken subject to availability of ingredients through our suppliers, if we are unable to make any items due to shortages or non-deliveries we can either credit you for the goods or make a full refund.
We are able to supply our goods to businesses – please enquire if you would like to stock any of our products.
Returns (‘Dry’ Non-Perishable Goods only)
When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations) and 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller. Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds.
If you wish to return any ‘Dry’ non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that we can only accept the return of ‘Dry’ non-perishable products – we cannot accept returns of any fresh or frozen products. Returns must be received in their original condition.
If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please call us on 07495 261627 or use the contact form via the contact button at the top of the page. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
Cancellations (‘Dry’ Non-Perishable and Frozen Goods only)

Requests for cancellations must be made before 10am on your Dispatch Date. Kohlrabi Catering freshly manufactures perishable products specifically to fulfil the orders we receive, and we cannot cancel or refund orders for the perishable products once we have manufactured them at your request. These exceptions inlcude:
